We can offer home visits for treatment. This can be a convenient option for people who are unable to travel to a clinic. Home visits are available in the Adelaide Hills, Murray Mallee, and Adelaide East, North, and South (within 15 km from CBD).
Focused movement rehabilitation
We are developing a cutting-edge rehabilitation system using a variety of movement training and reprogramming strategies. These strategies include:
- Martial arts movement training
- Safe falling and rolling (break falling)
- Ground-based rehab movements (Pilates, gymnastics, various martial arts systems)
- Falls prevention (to work on movement initiation and sharp movement changes)
- Complex upper limb and lower limb integration
- Left and right brain hemisphere integration training
Group therapy sessions
Your Focused Physio offers group therapy sessions that can be tailored to meet your individual needs. This is a great way to maximise your NDIS funds. Group therapy sessions are available in schools, aged care facilities, and community settings.

We are experienced in running hydrotherapy classes and group sessions and can offer 1:1 sessions or set you up with a program to be part of their group classes or on your own, where safe.
